Women in their natural state of being, flowers yearning for light and warmth. A journey of self-discovery, curiosity, animosity, acceptance, and awareness. Witness and participate in this shared experience of storytelling through raw emotion and authentic movement. There is strength in vulnerability, and we empower as we expose ourselves. We are wild women, warrior women - an endangered species.
This will be an evening of movement, spoken word, and discussion. Featuring poems from "milk and honey" by Rupi Kaur

Nevertheless, She Existed.
An Untainted Soul, Naturally Gifted.
Without water, there are no flowers.
Let us enlighten your self-worth,
for we are empowered.
Has the genuinity of animosity become bleak?
As we look into ourselves, tell me, what is it that you truly seek?
Engaged and enraged, a mere existence of humankind.
Awaken your senses, rekindle a new aspect of what has kept us blind.
a true divine.
Let your curiosity spread far into the abyss.
Liberate yourself into the unknown; an acquisition of true bliss.
Endangered yet unafraid, warrior women we are proclaimed.
Go ahead and sharpen your blade, our armor is stronger than grenades.
Take away the structure of your composition and self-identity
Grasp tightly to this new awareness as you reach a new height of clarity.
Take away your name, your job, your friends, and the things you do,
As you slowly zoom out answer me this, “who are you?”
Decipher between the inevitable and your tormented fixations
Let go of the anxieties, this is the start of your reincarnation.
Our mind is a tragedy entertainment of self-destructive games.
Will you remain to not get burned? or will you dance along with the flames?
Through pain there is beauty, embody the essence of your scars
You are a divine being of this universe made up of celestial stars.
Remember that you are a soul the emits such vibrant hues.
If in case you have lost your way, we will find understanding together and push through.
As we stand tall on this stage tonight before you
This performance is not just for us, but for you too.
May this show not be an experiment, but rather an experience
This is a movement in motion for the imperfect and inexperienced.
